Attack of the Toasters: The What, Where, Who and Why of the Internet of Evil Things

The Internet was designed to survive a nuclear attack. Now, toasters are breaking it. Well, not just toasters, they are getting help from friends: webcams, routers, video recorders and lots of things of which we have no idea what they are. You have heard about the largest ever DDoS attacks in September 2016. This is just the beginning. In this interactive session, Michel van Eeten will answer your questions about our present and future life among the Internet of Evil Things. What? Where? Why? Who? We'll discuss plenty of hard evidence, some good investigative work and lots of speculation.
